- Papers that are well written and presented in the style of journal are eligible for a fast track review.
Professionals sometimes include lessons they have learned from their experience. Often these are important lessons and may be a part in their working papers and monographs. While these may be valuable, they may also be biased and the data may not be sufficiently robust to insure reliability. The Journal, therefore, prefers to consider those articles that describe well-designed studies and are substantiated by adequate data.
The material sent for publication should be an original work which has not been previously published or submitted for publication elsewhere. The publication of the submission will be subject to the approval of the Advisory Board.
In principle, an original research article should not exceed (6500 words, including all illustrations and references. Review articles should not generally exceed 8500 words), including illustrations and references. Short reports also should not exceed 2500 words, including all references and illustrations. Letters should be brief and to the point.
While preparing manuscripts, please follow the IEEE Format only.
