The pedagogy employed in the SBIT programmes is highly participative and interactive. A variety of teaching and learning techniques are employed to develop in the candidate the ability to translate theory into practice. Teaching methods include lectures, case studies, seminars, group discussions, live projects, business games, role plays, simulations, exercises, field visits. The interests, questions and debates our students bring to lectures and seminars are a vital component of our research-led environment

Gaining hands-on exposure to real-world business situations is emphasized in the SBIT programmes. Beyond the class room activities SBIT takes its students to numerous special events of NHRD, AIMA, CSI, ISTE, IEEE etc. to supplement the theoretical concepts with practical knowledge. As a result, you not only gain knowledge about best business practices, but also learn about the fundamental principles behind them—the “how” and the “why.”

We encourage open platforms for alliances and partnerships as global challenges require global solutions.
